Air filtration
Wherever materials are machined or processed, emissions are mainly the
result. Smoke, gas and dust get into the breathing air, into the machine
and pollute the product. There are various air filtration systems to
absorb such emissions. Depending on the properties of the pollutant
involved, saturation-type of cartridge filters are used. There is a
variety of different filter materials. In cooperation with renowned
research institutes, ULT’s air filtration systems are custom-built to
the respective situations. It is our objective to obtain the maximum
possible degree of precipitation. A lot of pollutants are compositions
of various substances. In this connection, such air filtration systems
as combine saturation-type and cartridge filters will be employed. The
use of filter-aid powders is also possible in order to prevent the
filters from getting clogged with some tacky substances.
